Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All online purchases and orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process. 

Excluding holidays and weekends.

Pre-Order:

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a later date. Purchasing a pre-order item guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival. Each collection or item available for pre-order will need an additional at least a 2 week processing and ship time before being shipped out

Shipping: 

Standard shipping time is within 5-7 business days.

All purchases and orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will begin processing time on the following business day. 

**[i.e. If a purchase is made on a Saturday, processing of the order will begin on that following Monday.]

Shipping time for an order starts and is estimated from the day the item is mailed out, not from the date of purchase, 

Shipping can take longer than the expected arrival date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance and procedures, extreme weather conditions or miscellaneous causes with delivery couriers.

To make sure that your package is properly delivered and shipped within the time frame of 5-7 business days that is listed above, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. 

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
